What Clients Say
We have used CMA for site and membership analysis for more than eight years. I have always found them extremely easy to work with and always prepared to go that little bit further to ensure that we fully understand both the market we are reviewing and the potential it holds for our proposed development.

Folio Hotels
I first commissioned CMA to undertake a series of catering market reviews on behalf of Regal Hotels.Since then Chris has reviewed several golfing/ hotel projects in Portugal and the markets for accommodation in both the South West and Oxford. The subsequent reports have always helped me to better understand the market opportunities and the best future strategies for each of the businesses involved.

St Brides Hotel - an independent hotel in S Wales
We have worked with Chris and CMA at
various times over the past 5 years. Two years ago we decided to review the future market for the St Brides and asked CMA to help again. This led to a hotel market feasibility study pointing the way to the decision to re-focus the hotel on the upper 4 star - 5 star market with a spa. The plan developed by CMA was instrumental in helping us gain the highest ever grant for an independent hotel in Wales. Andy Evans, Owner, St Brides Hotel, Saundersfoot, Pembs.

We engaged CMA to undertake a review of the catering options available to us at The Beacon Museum. The project gave us exactly what we wanted, namely a clear review of the routes we could take and the financial implications of each. The project timescale was very short but nevertheless all was completed on time. (In a second project CMA worked with the Beacon to equip the kitchen and interview prospective operators.)
Sue Palmer, The Beacon Museum
Thanks for all your work on the project, everyone who
has seen the report
has been more than happy with it, which is quite a compliment, because we can be a critical bunch! Matthew Brown, Manager
